General Information
1. Entries are limited to THREE (3) contestants in each individual event. In relay events, you may enter only one (1) team. Please enter metric times only. If entering hand-held times, round up to the nearest tenth by adding .24.
2. For throwing events, you may use your own implements. Shots and discuses will be weighed and javelins will be measured.
3. SCRATCHES for track events will be made at the coaches meeting. Field event scratches will be made at the event.
4. Coaches and non-competing competitors can be wherever they want, however, please avoid congregating near the finish line due to the FAT system.
5. There will be trials and finals in the 100m, 100m low hurdles, and 110m high hurdles. The six (6) fastest FAT times will advance to the finals. All other events will be determined by time - fast heat last.
6. There will be three (3) attempts in shot put, discus, javelin, long jump, and triple jump. The top seven (7) competitors will advance to the finals for three (3) more attempts. Throws from preliminaries will carry over into finals.
7. For athletes leaving one competition to compete in another, the ten (10) minute rule will be in effect.
8. In the javelin, we have a packed rock dust surface. All types and lengths of spikes are acceptable as it should be considered a grass runway.
9. Please review the uniform rule with your athletes.
